Relax at this well-presented barn conversion set on a smallholding in an AONB, with glorious walks from the door.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, French Doors Leading To Decking
Sun Room: Sofa Bed (Kingsize), Bi-Fold Doors Leading To Decking.
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request)
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi inlcuded. Initial fuel for wood burner provided, reaminder available locally. Highchair. I couldn't be more pleased with our stay. What a lovely view to enjoy and the accommodation is close to a gorgeous walk through nearby fields. Short drive to Battle if you need a day out, but far enough away from the summer holiday busyness of the town. Highly recommended.

Really beautiful, peaceful setting; bright, light and well- equipped space (making up for the small bedrooms); lots of hot water and excellent CH; well-located for our family get-together nearby; friendly landlord and generous welcoming goodies.We would stay again, and definitely recommend - thank you.

Lovely place to stay! Lovely couple who own the barn and who would help you with anything. Lovely walks, goats roaming around and can come up to the decking to feed. Two lovely outside spaces, decking and patio.
The place was immaculate, and had anything and everything you could ever need equipment wise.
Definitely will be going back!

Great quiet spot and lookout from terrace. Bedrooms very small but good bathrooms and lounge. Our only problem was lack of WiFi and a poor phone signal. It was very frustrating not to have access to look things up/contact family etc on the Internet though we had expected the Internet to be provided. Owners said they had changed providers and this led to a problem they were trying to solve.
