The cabin is on the west side of the river, the main street is on the east side. It was EASY walking distance which meant we did not have to drive through the busy E Lake Drive and find parking. That was PERFECT!The beds were comfortable, the kitchen clean and easy to use, the outside seating was a great place to relax after a day of biking and walking.Saturday night we could hear music from the main street, enough that we could enjoy if while on the porch (it was not loud on the porch) and did not hear it from the front bedroom, or at least it was so muffled that it was white noise. That made the evening on the porch inviting. We both would come back to this property.

This is our third time to stay here. We love this little home in Medicine Park. It's charming, cozy, comfortable and conveniently located near the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Preserve. We love being walking distance from the river walk and many places to eat and listen to music. One of our favorite places to stay!
