Brook House dates from 1670 with original oak beams, inglenook fireplace and stone floors. The house has been beautifully restored with oak from the Netherley Hall Estate.. Ground Floor:

This family-run estate is located on the western side of the Malvern Hills and specialises in breeding cattle and sheep. Guests can enjoy marvellous woodland walks right from the doorstep, including scenic routes leading up to the iconic British Camp, part of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The cottages are just a 15-minute drive from Malvern and offer panoramic views of the surrounding wooded hills and unspoilt countryside. The area is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with abundant wildlife to observe and excellent walking, cycling, and birdwatching opportunities. The nearby Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way are popular long-distance trails for more adventurous explorers.
Each cottage has been carefully restored using local materials, including English oak timber felled on the Estate. With a strong focus on sustainability, the Estate minimises the use of plastics in the cottages and promotes local produce. Guests also have access to a gym and tennis court, adding to the variety of leisure options during their stay.
Nearby attractions include the Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle, the Three Counties Showground, and Malvern Theatre. The local area also offers golf, fishing, horse riding, and seasonal fruit picking. Families will enjoy visits to local cider orchards, historic market towns like Ledbury and Upton-upon-Severn, and nature reserves such as the Knapp and Papermill. A fabulous house; full of character, comfortable, very well-equipped to a high standard, and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly. It's in a beautiful location for walks and visits, and everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Lovely house, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a family group. The house was warm and well equipped. Good to have access to the stream and plenty of walking opportunities.

Such a lovely stay, everything that you needed was their.Great communication with owner throughout, very helpful. We loved it and hope to go back in the future. Loved the walks from the property.

Impressive and comfortable house, with plenty of space. Great walks around the estate footpaths, and to nearby pub and butchers. Malvern hills were accessible and great for cycling and walking.
Kim was great help on the phone about arrival at the property, as rules had changed due to Covid.
