Kitchen: Electric Woodburner, Breakfast Area, Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge
Utility Room: Freezer, Washer Dryer, Fridge
Separate Toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Sleigh Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Four Poster Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture. Elevated rear garden. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steep steps to access the rear garden.. One of a pair, and benefiting from broadband wi-fi internet access, it is just 200 yards from the River Wharfe with superb walks in every direction. Very nice place but weather not good for few days but done some nice places and the area good place to see things

One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Very spacious and very well presented. Beds and especially pillows so comfortable! Excellent bathroom with large shower and bath. Fuel supply for open fire very welcome. Quiet location which we loved, in small hamlet just outside delightful Grassington, within easy reach of amenities of Skipton. Local walks from the door and wonderful views of the surrounding fells, within 3 minutes of River Wharfe.

Great, spacious, comfortable house in a quiet spot within a quiet village, with walks immediately out the back and easily accessible by car in wonderful countryside. Fully equipped, with large standup freezer and two fridges in both kitchen and utility room.

We had an excellent holiday and have staid at Greystones before. Quiet location which is great for walking. Covid handled really well. Helpful owners. We will be booking further holidays here.
