St Austell with its sandy beach is only 2 miles from this spacious bungalow, Charlestown’s historic harbour, Mevagissey for ferry trips to Fowey all easily reached.. All on the ground floor.
Living room: With electric fire, Freeview TV and CD player.
Dining room: With patio doors leading to garden.
Kitchen: With electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath and shower cubicle and toilet.

Owner very thorough with checking in arrangements and local info, and cottage was very comfortable and garden was lovely for the dogs.

The bungalow was lovely. The garden was beautiful. It was perfect to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. There wasn’t much in the local area but the bungalow was well placed for visiting local tourist towns and attractions

We found Goonlaze incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The bungalow literally has everything you need and is very well equipped. The garden, front and back, is immaculate. The location is very peaceful. We found the location excellent to reach everywhere we wanted to go: From Penzance to Padstow, and many other places. The Eden Project, Mevagissey and Charlestown are very close indeed, less than a 30 minute drive away.
We will definitely return, hopefully next year. We felt relaxed and comfortable in the spacious lounge and with comfy sofas at the end of long days out walking and exploring Cornwall.
