This was an excellent choice and accommodated a party of 19 women, for the weekend. The cleanliness of the home, and all the accommodations, made our stay perfect. Everything works ,nothing needed fixing, except one of the burners on the stove was malfunctioning and, was promptly fixed. The heated pool and, spa was awesome. The host was very attentive to our every need,of questioning. Each room has its own theme and design. I would definitely recommend this home, and would rent it again.

Let me begin by saying this is a lovely home. There was plenty of room for 19 people to stay in this home comfortably. The kitchen is open and large and it’s a wonderful home for everyone to enjoy together time. The bedrooms are laid out nicely and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The backyard is lovely and the pool and entertaining area in the backyard are ample for a large group. Here were the drawbacks though. 1-The house was clean, but the floors were filthy. When kids took off their shoes and walked around the house, their feet would turn absolutely black. 2-There were a lot of broken items in the house-dryer on first floor was broken. Reported and they fixed promptly. Ceiling fans in outdoor entertaining area did not work. Called & maintenance said they could not be fixed & would need to be replaced. LED lighting in some bdrms strobed and the Lion King bdrm was unable to be used because none of lighting worked. Light strobed and ceiling light not working.3-Houses all back up to each other along a thin backyard. Numerous nights there were large groups of people in other houses being quite loud until the middle of the night. Called the first night to report, but the next night it was another house, and then a different house the next night. I’m all for having a good time, but 2 AM in the morning gets to be a little much when you’ve got small children who are waking up early. It’s a lovely house but needs a deep cleaning and maintenance attention.

Had a little hiccup with early check-in but a quick call to the management company and all was resolved. Communication was great. The requested accommodations were met. Place was nice and tidy. Loved the binders that included manuals and how-to’s! Our large group absolutely loved the rental. So much space and so much to do! In a great area too! Definitely would recommend to friends and family and would not hesitate to rent from again.

Myself and my family were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, inside and out. The patio floor was absolutely filthy. The skimmer for the pool was ripped, they did send a new one the next day that we put together. The pool sticks were broke, the foosball ball wasn’t there, the did order new ones for us. The one sink in the bedroom was just a drip. They said they would be back that next day to fix it. They never came back. The carpet on the stairs was filthy with crumbs, hair and other dirt. I have pictures if you would like to see any of this. Very disappointing for house that we paid almost 15,000 to rent.
