Tired of crowded beaches, noisy neighbors, and vacation homes that look better in photos than in real life?
Welcome to your private retreat in Marceljani, a quiet, upscale suburb of Labin—where you get the space, peace, and privacy most holiday rentals promise but rarely deliver.

Just 15 minutes from the turquoise beaches of Rabac and only 6 minutes from Labin’s historic old town, this semi-detached villa gives you the perfect balance: close to the action, far from the chaos. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby, so you’re never stuck driving long distances just to enjoy a simple evening out.

Unlike typical shared villas, this home is entirely yours where it matters most.
You occupy the entire upper floor with a private entrance, and the pool and outdoor area are exclusively for your group—no strangers, no schedules, no compromises.

With 138 m² of living space, House D&E comfortably hosts up to 8 guests without feeling cramped. You’ll find:

4 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin) – ideal for families or groups

2 modern bathrooms – no morning queues

A spacious kitchen and cozy living area – perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings

Step outside and your vacation truly begins. The sun-drenched pool area, landscaped garden, and private BBQ zone create the kind of setting where days slip by effortlessly—whether you’re grilling fresh local seafood, lounging with a cold drink, or watching the sunset in total peace.

This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s where your best Istria memories start.
