Step into a meticulously renovated coastal sanctuary. Located on the top floor of the prestigious Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, Villa A313 offers elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean that lower units simply cannot match.
The interior features a seamless blend of modern function and "Lowcountry" charm, with rustic beach LVP hardwoods throughout and a fresh, designer color palette.
Living & Dining: A sun-drenched open-concept area featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa, flat-screen cable TV, and a dining nook.
Kitchen: A chef’s delight featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave), and a breakfast bar. It is fully stocked with the tools needed for home-cooked meals.
Sleeping Quarters: The master bedroom offers a plush Queen bed and a private TV. In the hallway, we’ve cleverly integrated child-sized bunk beds, making this a favorite for families traveling with little ones.
Balcony: Your private, open-air retreat. Perfect for catching the iconic South Carolina sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee.

As a guest of Ocean Villa, you aren't just booking a room; you're gaining access to a 55-acre oceanfront playground:
Beach & Pool: 1-minute walk to the Atlantic sands and the island’s largest freshwater pool (plus a dedicated kiddie pool).
Sports: Complimentary access to 8 lighted tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts.
Fitness & Fun: On-site workout center, playground, and outdoor charcoal grilling stations.
Dining: 24/7 access to the gated resort’s restaurants, including a seasonal beach bar (Jamaica Joez) and the Coconutz Sports Bar.
Transport: Convenient stop for the Breeze Trolley, providing easy, car-free access to Coligny Plaza and the rest of the island.

We had a nice stay. We love visiting Hilton Head! We go every year. The kids loved the bunk beds. The only disappointment was at the end of the day when we got back from the beach. We had a real hard time with the internet. I know it’s petty but we could barely stream anything. The smart tv apps on the tv were pretty glitchy and barely worked. The furniture in the Livingroom has definitely seen better days. So much so that you couldn’t really sit on the couch. We seemed to have enough room for our family. But the unit is pretty small. The property overall was pretty nice. Though this property is pretty close to the beach there is still a bit of a walk. Overall, we had a good time just some little things we didn’t like.
