The room was very clean. The owner responded very quickly to my emails. The space was smaller than I anticipated. I originally thought there would be me & a friend but I ended up solo. I’m glad that I was solo because my friend & I aren’t intimate friends. It would’ve been cramped for both of us. I would stay again because of its location, cleanliness, owner responses & the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Pelican. It’s just steps from Hollywood Boardwalk and Hollywood Beach. Parking can be an issue depending on the size of your vehicle and your parking space. The unit is really dated but also very clean. The bed was comfortable and has all the necessities you will need for your stay. Our Host is very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again!
