Cute villa in the old town of Chania ,3 floor unit with kitchen on ground floor,bedroom on second floor and bathroom on third foor(the highlight of the house!!).Also a balcony on the bedroom floor. You will find in this unit everything you need for a unique vacation and stay at the beautiful old town of Chania in the heart of the old town but with privacy and quiet.
I also own Casa Sabbionara which is located exactly beside.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Livieres. The place itself was so charming and perfect for our little honeymoon getaway. Stocked with just what you need. The place is also in the perfect location, just outside the main plaza. Quiet at night, but still close to the buzz of the city. It felt like a little oasis amongst the charm and energy of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

, close to old town harbour surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The host was outstanding, organising our hire car, airport transfer, restaurant & daily trip recommendations The apartment was perfect, beautifully appointed with coffee, making, beach towels, pretty.much everything you need. I would return to this place in a heartbeat.

So many little details that made me feel so welcome.Communication with the owner was fabulous. Perfect location, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your holiday stay.

If you go to Chania, this is the place to stay! The location is walking distance to everything! The checkin process was so easy and Dimos (the owner) was quick with communication & to help with transportation to and from airport and port. So helpful to have an “insider”!! The property was exactly how it is presented in the pictures/explanation. I base so much of my travel on reviews, so be assured, this place is exactly what it says it is!!! Would absolutely refer friends and family! Thank you, Dimos, for such a lovely experience!
