Welcome to Riva Ridge South 760, a completely renovated, platinum-rated two-bedroom residence with a private terrace overlooking Willow Park. High ceilings give the home an open, spacious feel, while the thoughtfully designed split-bedroom layout places a bedroom on either side of the central living area—providing added privacy for couples, families or friends traveling together.
The inviting living space features hardwood floors, a sandstone-surround gas fireplace and comfortable seating centered around a generous sectional. Glass doors open to the private terrace, creating an easy connection to the outdoors and beautiful park views. A dining table seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, counter seating and premium GE Monogram appliances.
The primary suite offers a king bed, Willow Park views and an en-suite bathroom with a double-sink granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Located on the opposite side of the residence, the second bedroom features two queen beds and park views, with an adjacent bathroom offering a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower. Both bedrooms include wall-mounted televisions.
Additional conveniences include ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, a custom entry bench with cubby storage, a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed internet, premium linens and towels, bath amenities and every-other-day housekeeping service.
Guests also enjoy personalized concierge assistance with dining reservations, pre-arrival grocery delivery, ground transportation from Eagle or Denver, lift tickets, ski rentals and activity planning. My son and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights. The pros: the location is amazing. Literally walk to everything. If you've not been, Vail Village has great stores & restaurants and is very safe. My 13 year old son would walk out, find friends and "hang" every night.
The condo has the basics of what you need in the kitchen, pans, plates, stove, fridge, etc. The bedrooms and kitchen are a good size.
My only suggestion, if you go in the summer, open the windows right away. There is no AC and it takes time for the unit to cool so you can sleep at night. I did go and buy small fans to put it the windows to bring more cool night air in.

The condo was nice but not accurately described. The unit did not have a hot tub, nor did the building - it was at a different building close by. Also, it is most definitely not ski in/ski out.
