A quality constructed, spacious two story home and a private three bedrooms, two bathrooms, apartment which can be rented in full, and will sleep a party of up to 21 very comfortably in the full complex. It is divided into three self-sufficient independent units. Each has an exceptionally large kitchen with top-of-the-line accoutrements, full size refrigerators and stoves, microwaves, and all linens, towels, (including bath towels) china, silverware and cooking utensils are included. You only need to buy your groceries.
..........Single Units are $199. (U.S.) per night (5 days minimum) 7 people, 8 max.... ( High Season: $ 219. (U.S.) On The Months of Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,)-(Dec,Jan,Feb are 2 Weeks minimum) all months of the year are for 7 people and extra persons are $30 per night.. CHECK MGT . FOR EXCEPIONS!
There is a secure parking lot off the street and security cameras, a laundry room with washer and dryer set up in a community area, and safety gates on the second floor for families with young children. We do welcome smaller dogs, for those who really wish to feel at home.
Master bedrooms all have private baths, along with additional baths shared by the junior bedrooms. Each unit has a business center for setting up a laptop, as well as large plasma screen TV's. The pool deck includes a waterfall, gazebo, shower and barbecue for outdoor dining...a way of life in Aruba!
Brand new facility is located in an upscale neighborhood in the heart of the island, for an authentic taste of the fantasy tropical life. You can really feel like you are part of the community, while being only minutes away from some of Aruba's most gorgeous, secluded beaches, supermarkets, excellent dining and favorite vacation activities.

Kris was an excellent host. A few things needed attention and he responded quickly. It had everything we needed for a staycation. Although it was in a neighborhood in the south end, there were great restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches just minutes away and a walking trail. We loved our stay

Owner Kris and his assistant property manager Raul were available and generally responsive. Nice people! My group (family members and friends) were just "OK" with the place. I myself liked staying in a mostly-locals neighborhood with a nice pool area. But having a car is a must as the closest swimming beach is a good 15 or 20 minute drive away. My son liked the location as he could in 15 minutes be at Boca Grande, a good kiteboarding spot. The property itself is "tired" and lacking in numerous ways. We rented the downstairs unit. The ONLY warm water (whether for washing dishes or bathing) is in one of the two bathrooms. Furniture throughout the unit is worn and stained. Some appliances need replacing (toaster, microwave). We had to purchase our small Igloo cooler ($50 US), bath mats to avoid slipping in shower, fly swatters, all condiments (not even salt and pepper were provided), a lighter for the gas stove. There's a big old school boom box in the living room (who has cassette tapes anymore?) and when you walk in the front door the first thing you see is a broken glass cover of the fuse box with a note: "Do not touch." Window coverings throughout need replacing (venetian blinds in terrible condition). Only one TV in the 3 bedroom unit, and channels are limited. Beds were VERY comfortable and the room air conditioners work great. So, in summary, if you are expecting the Taj or something upscale, this is NOT the place. If you can deal with basic living, it's fine.
