Travel back in time in your own private historical mansion! Wine & dine your guests in good old fashioned style right in the heart of historical downtown Pensacola just one block off Palafox St. This beautiful 4400 sqft Victorian home boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 dining areas, a grand lobby, a proper parlor, and a comfortable TV room. Unique features such as soaring 11 foot ceilings, original stained glass windows and an ornate grand wood staircase.
The space
One of Pensacola’s architecturally significant Victorian homes. The house construction initiated in 1902 by Steamboat Captain James M. Flynn and was completed around 1904 when the Thomas W. Brent, Jr. family moved in. Over the years it has also served as a hotel, bed-and-breakfast, advertising agency, and more. Previously featured in Southern Living Magazine. While this home has served many roles throughout its history, most of the charming historic details remain intact today. This includes the ornate wooden staircase in the foyer, 7 original fireplaces each with a unique hand carved wooden mantel. A favorite detail are the stunning stained glass windows throughout the house!

Being a 100+ year old home staying here is a little different than staying in a modern construction home. Please be mindful of low railings and fragile elements.
-No events or parties without prior permission.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
-You will be responsible for the safety and conduct of individuals in your group.
-Report any damage immediately
-Report any additional guests not listed on original reservation

The home had everything you needed. It even has beach equipment. Would recommend this home for large groups.

A hole on the front porch needed fixing. The door leading to where the grill at needs to be fixed.

The inside was very beautiful and well-supplied. I would stay here again especially for a special occasion. It's a good location to downtown, I-110 access as well as getting to the 3-Mile Bay Bridge. Parking was enough even for our event. We enjoyed learning the history of the home. There was enough space to gather together and in different areas of the home. It was truly an experience staying in this beautifully appointed home. Evidence of exterior work being done was around, but no one interrupted us while we were there.
