At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
As a valued Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive discounts at some of Southern Utah’s favorite local attractions and dining spots—including places like Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor, ATV and bike rentals, kid-focused fun, and more. **Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Great little house to stay at! Clean, and had any utensils we needed. The lagoon was amazing, and there are 2 paddle boards to use at the house. The upper deck and patio were nice to eat breakfast on, and sit under the stars. The only thing I would change is add more towel hooks to the shared bathroom.

This was a great place to stay. It has 3 levels, with a ton of sleeping space. 3 full bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen. The only things that we had issues with were that the ice maker and automatic garbage can didn't work. There were also a lot of blow up floaties and paddle boards. Most of them had holes in them and needed to be patched up. Otherwise there was everything that we needed.
