A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located right in the heart of the Massanutten Resort. The Massanutten Resort is a four season resort for those that love to ski, swim, bike, golf, enjoy nature, and more.
This beautiful home features all new furnishings, a spacious layout, two patios (one large wrap around and an enclosed lower patio), a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, indoor basketball, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and ping pong table. NEW in 2025 - home gym with brand new equipment including a treadmill, bike, free weights, bench, and TV. Also a movie room with comfortable seating and a PS4. PLUS - FREE SUMMER POOL ACCESS!
AMENITIES at the MASSANUTTEN RESORT:
During the winter, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and tubing at the ski resort. Want to swim, but it's too cold outside? Go visit the Massanutten Indoor Waterpark just down the street. The indoor waterpark offers cool weather water fun with water slides, lazy river, and arcade room.
The spring is an excellent time to come visit as well. Guests often come to visit the Waterpark or go hiking or mountain biking at the Massanutten Resort Western Slope. The Shenandoah National Park is also a guest favorite with waterfalls and beautiful overlooks and is only 20 minutes from the home.
During the summer months, you can enjoy the beautiful golf course, mini golf, tennis, bumper cars, ziplining, go carts, gem mining, tubing, and use of the Owner's pool. The Owner's pool is a nice size pool available only to owners and guests. Not every home provides this, but we have purchased the pass to allow our guests to use this pool. It is FREE for 8 guests! It has plenty lounge seating, a diving board, and snack bar.
The fall is a gorgeous time to visit. The trees come alive with color and sitting on the patio is a magical experience. Guests come from all over for hiking and biking in the area and then to wind down and grill on the back patio in the evening.
There are multiple restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, cooking demonstrations, paint classes, and more. The home is also fairly close to multiple wineries and breweries!
We know you will love your stay and a vacation at our home will be one you talk about for years to come!

House was nice and clean, very private and shaded. We had a slight hiccup accessing house with the electronic key entry, but was easily resolved with quick responses from owner. Wasn’t able to use owners pool that was stated in listing but I don’t reflect this issue on the owners. I blame this on the resort workers and their rude and misinformed management. They told us it was for owner only while we clearly had the owners guest pass. Other that that everything was great, the owners have went extra lengths to accommodate as a host to their guests. Forgot a toothbrush..they have you covered, forgot your shampoo..they got you covered, forgot your fan you need for a soothing nights sleep…again they have you covered! We really enjoyed our time. Was thinking of coming back and enjoying the area maybe in the early fall. If I do, I know where I’ll stay!

This was our 2nd year staying here and it was amazing! The house was spotless, had stocked cabinets, and comfortable beds. The game room is a huge hit with the kiddos! Renee was responsive and very helpful! We can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent communication by Renee. We went up to celebrate our youngest daughter birthday who turned 16 years old. Beautiful place. Great place for a family and I definitely enjoyed the gym. That was my favorite part :)
