This penthouse is a part of the newest and most luxurious resort in the Caribbean located on the eastern most point of the Dominican Republic. The breathtaking view of our turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea underlined by pure white sand beaches that stretch for miles and just steps away from your penthouse. Our particular unit also enjoys views of the world class marina that attracts yachts from around the world and Fishing tournaments. Our penthouse is isolated without neighbors and so it is extremely quiet and tranquil as it is a corner unit on the top floor. Perfect for relaxation!
Elegantly decorated in tropical pastels and very comfortable. The penthouse has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms a master suite with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. The 2nd bedroom has a king and a connecting door to the 3rd bedroom with 1 queen beds . Our condo has a capacity to sleep max 6. There is a loft to watch TV with 2 sofas. Our fully equipped kitchen could please any weekend chef. Our home has three smart TV's with a 42 inch flat screen television in our loft and speakers for you musical enjoyment. There is central air conditioning throughout the condo and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Made and cook service available. You may like to enjoy some delicious Dominican home style cooking.

Preparation of breakfast and cleaning 60 USD
preparation of breakfast and lunch with cleaning 70 USD

There are a couple fine restaurants in the marina area just a few steps away Maralia, Api Beach Bar and a Pizzeria Suprano, Cafeina Cafeteria and a Liquor store.
At Marina Sur: Barbudo and Bohemian. For Breakfast Dolce.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process—they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless.The amenities were beautiful and thoughtfully provided, adding to the overall experience and making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Right from the beginning, this was everything I had expected! My host Nicole was absolutely wonderful in making sure communication lines were kept open. She even went the extra mile to suggest different activities and restaurants that she thought I might enjoy. One of the most fabulous things that she referred me to a transportation person whom I kept busy all week. She referred me to a person who rented golf carts by the name of Yolanda who made getting around Cap Cana especially easy. Nicole as well as all my other hosts for the week made my stay especially comfortable with being readily available with anything that I may have possibly needed. I needed for absolutely nothing just the comfort knowing there was someone there for me. Nicole thank you so so much for your hospitality. I can’t wait to come back.

Location has good view in front of beach view. Howver over priced with the facilities ive got during stay. You may not feel vacation daily basis as too much work in kitchen and no services provided for price i paid
