I was very happy with my stay. The cottage had all I needed... The only improvement would have been a hot tub, but that would then have hiked the price. It is in a great location with walks straight from the door. Gwen seems a lovely lady and it was nice chatting with her when I arrived. No complaints and I'm happy to recommend. 🙂. Thank you.

Nice comfy cottage, not usually where we would choose to go for a week but it was local to Manchester and family. Really enjoyed it. Lovely walks around the reservoir and haigh woodland park. Nice scenery and plenty of nice pubs. Great base for visiting Manchester, Liverpool, formby and Chester.

Enjoyable holiday, but as far as pub and shops are concerned, there was none within walking distance
