Generously sized bungalow next to a working farm with its own hot tub and sunny conservatory. Wonderful walks and stunning scenery close to Cockermouth.. All on the Ground Floor:

Hot tub (private). Sauna (private). Private parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the garden.. This spacious holiday bungalow is well furnished and equipped with good facilities. There is an excellent ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms plus the hot tub and sauna help provide accommodation which is suitable for friends and families to relax and share in comfort. The biomass boiler provides eco-friendly heating. Peacefully situated in the small hamlet of Langrigg, next to the owners’ mixed farm, the holiday home is ideally positioned for exploring the North Western Lake District and the Solway Coast, 10 miles, which is well known for its golf courses. Wonderful walks, cycle routes and stunning scenery abound with much to interest historians, ornithologists and outdoor enthusiasts. The interesting, traditional market town of Cockermouth with its William Wordsworth connection and the popular, bustling lakeside town of Keswick are both about a 20 minute drive. The border city of Carlisle is a few minutes further along with Hadrian’s Wall and Scotland. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

A great bungalow situated in the Northern Lakes area. The facilities in the bungalow were first class and the owners couldn’t do enough for you. Would certainly recommend it and will be revisiting soon

Great layout, very well equipped and in a good location.
Suited us well with grown up children and a granddaughter we had plenty of space for everyone to chill out separately or sit together and chat, hot tub was lovely and well used.
Owner met us on day one and was friendly and welcoming letting us know where they were incase of problems but as we had none we didn't see him again, well worth a visit we would stay again if returning to the area.

This is a lovely place to stay, it was very clean and had everything you needed. The hot tub being inside was a bonus. A couple of negatives but nothing major, the sofas could do with updating and the duvets and pillows couple do with replacing but the beds are very comfortable. Another bonus was being able to go onto the working farm next door and see the new born piglets, the children were thrilled with this. No local shops, the nearest shop we could find is 2.7 miles away.
