The house was exactly as shown. The views were absolutely amazing and the house was beautiful. We had ten people from 6 to 70 years old and we were all comfortable and had a great time. The location was great. It was easy to get to different activities.

We just got back from a week in Sedona. We loved the property. The house is beautiful, and in a great location midway between downtown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. The house has amazing views, and is well appointed if you decide to do any cooking (we did not). We ran into an issue our first day in with the Master Bedroom being too hot. But, we contacted the management company, and they sent someone out right away to fix the problem (and they did fix it). We really appreciated the quick response. We stayed at the house in June. While Sedona is hot during the day, it really cools off at night, and this keeps the pool water pretty cold. Our first day at the house, our daughters went into the pool, and they thought the water was really cold (they only stayed in for a few minutes). We contacted the management company and payed the additional fee to heat the pool. That was money well spent. It made the pool water very comfortable all day long. We had a great trip, and would definitely book this house again (but would definitely pay to heat the pool in advance of our stay).
