Lovely chalet apartment on the outskirts of town. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and very comfortable overall. The walk to lifts and town center was about 12-15 mins. The only issue we had was that the hot water ran out on us a couple times when 5 adults needed pre dinner showers.

Had an amazing stay at the property. It almost felt like you were staying at a hotel with the level of service from the host as well as amenities including a nespresso machine. The host was incredible and couldn’t recommend this place more!

Hansi and Ilona were great hosts. They have a charming place that was comfortable and great for our ski trip to Kitzbuhel. Highly recommend.
