Step into the magic of coastal Brittany with this exquisite 4-star Breton villa, a place where elegance meets authenticity. Lovingly restored with respect for its heritage, Marie Neiz Vran is a 200m² private residence entirely yours to enjoy — whether for precious family moments, a getaway with friends, or a romantic escape.

Just 100 metres from the sea, the villa offers stunning panoramic views: ocean on one side, peaceful countryside on the other. Enjoy sun-drenched terraces, a sea-view pétanque court, complimentary bicycles, and a year-round heated indoor pool. On cooler days, unwind by the fire — the living room features a beautiful fireplace, open or closed, for cozy evenings by the flames.

This home is more than a holiday rental — it's a sanctuary. We kindly ask our guests to treat it with care, as one would a dear friend’s home. Every detail has been chosen with heart, and we invite you to feel the same reverence for this special place.

For your comfort:

A large living area with floor heating and triple-glazed bay windows for ideal temperature control in all seasons.

A satellite-connected projector in the lounge for access to international channels, and complimentary Netflix in the master suite.

Four elegant bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests in style and serenity:

1 master suite with 160x200 bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite

2 double bedrooms with 140x190 beds

1 flexible dorm-style room (3x 80x200 or 1x 160x200 + 1x 80x200)

The heart of the house? The sun deck with sea view — perfect for unforgettable sunset aperitifs.

A true culinary haven
Whether you're a passionate chef or just love to gather around good food, the kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals. Raclette, pierrade, or fine dining — it's all within reach.

The garden is a landscaped haven of 1,500m², offering both shade and sun all day long. It's fully enclosed, though please note that a section on the west side (bordering a field) is marked by a natural hedge approximately 80cm high — suitable for small dogs, but larger, energetic dogs may require supervision.
