for rainy days ; or live music
* large patio overlooking lake for entertaining
* Goat house with goats & a donkey just off to one side
* large koi pond right in front of house
The space
Master bedroom has separate sitting room with a gas fireplace ; large tub with foaming jets jets & large shower enclosure for 2 , with large rain shower head & steamer
Large built in wood burning fireplace in living area
Wood available
Partial timber frame makes house very cozy
Large play room with pool table / ping pong
Large couch & big screen TV
Great views of like from almost everywhere
Patio on upper floor with bistro set & amazing view of lake , etc
Guest access
Guests can access entire house except a basement garage & one basement room where things are stored
Other things to note
*** There is a large deep fish pond attached to front of house so
*** so if there are young children; they must have close supervision
*** & fish need to be fed once or more per day (a fun job)
*** There is also a goat house with a large fenced in area right out front with one donkey & 7 goats ; these animals need to be fed hay twice a day (another fun job)
(They are very friendly) ; or I could have others come & feed them
*** There are life jackets for the 4 kayaks out front

This place exceeded all our expectations! We were a group of 20 people and all had a super comfy beds! Great place to entertain and visit! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need! The animals just added to the amazing experience! Looking forward to returning soon!

6 long time friends gathered for a girls weekend away! We had a great time. We all loved the warmth of the house, all the rooms and the surroundings. Close to our homes in the city but so nice to feel far removed!! The kitchen parties were great as we made delicious meals together. Lounging by the fireplace with the view of the lake and Walter the donkey!! We had an amazing time and hope to return again!!
