Clean room. Good location. Good communication.

This place worked out perfectly for our needs. Close and convenient to Tech for parents visiting their kid, taking them to orientation, or moving into the dorms.

Excellent stay!!! Great place within walking distance to coffee, pizza and brewery. Kevin the host was easy to work with.

Overall, a nice enough place to spend the night and good value for money. Having said that, the photos probably oversell it a bit. However, my two big issues:1. The listing shows multiple photos of the outside of a home with a large driveway. This was the main reason that I booked this place: I was traveling with a truck and trailer and I wanted a good place to park. When I received the check-in instructions, it said driveway parking was not allowed. Perhaps my mistake for assuming the multiple photos in the listing were implying a parking spot..2. The check-in instructions were very vague. Arriving in the dark, the was no signage (that I could see) or any instructions on where to go upon arrival. I felt like there was a 50/50 chance I was breaking into a stranger's garden shed when I walked up to the door.
