Pelican Walk 204 is a Gulf Front PET FRIENDLY 1 bedroom - 2 bath Condo featuring a king bed in the bedroom with a private bath, queen sleeper sofa in Living room, a second bathroom for guests, and a Gulf front balcony! Sleeps up to four guests at Pelican Walk Gulf front condominiums.
Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY condos in Panama City Beach!
The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. Pet fee is $150/pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.
*All Pets must be fully house trained
Unit 204 has a KING bed in the bedroom, 2 full size bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen the opens to the dining and living area. The Living area has a queen size sleeper sofa for guests.
The Gulf front balcony overlooks the East pool and has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf!
This condo is PERFECT for families or couples with a PET! Staying in 204 gives you easy access taking your pup out to the Pelican Walk designated dog area!

I loved my stay at Pelican Walk. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a full kitchen 2 bathrooms It beats the other place I stayed at 2 years ago on Front beach road that had Polynesian dancers by a land slide . Besides the nice room the price was good.

Spent a very relaxing week at Pelican Walk. Location and proximity to the beach was excellent. Condo being Pet Friendly was a plus anas well. Unit is convenient to stairs , which was beneficial when elevator was busy. Everything was just as pictured. Beautiful view off balcony. Palm tree does block a portion of your view to the right. No Sunset view but you can just walk directly down to the beach to see full view. Pools were nice with outside bathrooms. Dog walk was a pretty good walk from the unit. Opposite side all the way towards the road entrance but had a big area to walk, not just a strip of grass. Area was quite and there is a 24 hour Waffle House right across the road. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice in of itself, however there were some things that just weren’t awesome. Be mindful if you’re traveling with babies/little kids. There isn’t a single rug in this condo, so we were constantly worried the baby would fall back and bump his head on the tile. Also if you’re traveling with kids, all of the furniture is white wicker with glass tops so we had to move lots of tables out of the way because the baby could stand up and bump his head on the Sharp corner. Next, almost 0 overhead lighting. Lastly, the palm tree in front of the balcony blocked a good 60% of your view of the water so really you could only view the swimming pool below and a little bit of the beach to the side. Overall, it was a good condo. Just wish they were more accommodating to young families, for example there were no dishes that were plastic. Everything was glass.
