This modern, bright, garden-level retreat features a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for relaxing, working, entertaining, and exploring Portland with ease.
When you arrive, you’re welcomed by a large private patio with built-in benches, a dining table, and comfortable lounge seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Inside, the open layout creates an inviting gathering space for family and friends.
The three bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. For additional flexibility, the living room sofa or a floor blow up mattress can accommodate extra sleepers. Rest easy on brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses and high end Cozy brand sheets.

You’ll be staying in one of Portland’s most vibrant neighborhoods: inner Northeast, just steps from Alberta Street.
Alberta is lined with galleries, boutiques, and some of Portland’s most beloved restaurants and cafés. The outdoor seating area and yard were great! The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, and having the bathrooms open to the hallway made access easy for everyone. The house was clean and the decor was great! The refrigerator was very clean and completely empty. The upstairs guests were quiet and courteous. The only drawback is having to find parking in the street or in the neighborhood. But even with a 12 passenger van, we found parking each night. Best part was the location! Loved the shopping, food, and bar options. We will stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful property. We loved the design and all the thoughtful & artistic touches. Clean, light, bright. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Great hang out spaces. Quiet yet close to everything ( shops, restaurants, coffee, theater) in Alberta Arts. We hope to return! Thanks for an excellent stay!

Clean, convenient location, street parking was always close, didn't have a problem finding close by. Considering we arrived almost 6am we were able to store our luggage at the property which was very helpful. Variety of food within walking distance. Host was also very responsive.

Well equipped kitchen, charming decor, adorable outdoor space, excellent location--what's not to love? We'll be back.
