Accommodating up to 9 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample parking for boats and jet skis. Nestled on over an acre of treed land, it's close to beaches, the Flinders golf course, and local cafes and bars.
The open-plan living area includes a timber kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bench, and dining for 8. Relax in the lounge with leather sofas, split system heating/cooling, and ocean views.
Ideal for two families, the bedrooms include 2 queen rooms, a tri-bunk room, and a room with 2 single beds, all with electric heating and built-in robes. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, while the second bathroom offers a shower and separate toilet.
The property features a large balcony with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, and stunning coastal views. There's plenty of parking space for cars, boats, and jet skis, making it a perfect getaway spot in one of Victoria's most beautiful coastal locations.

These instructions were provided but unacceptable for a house of this supposed standard. Unlocking house was challenging, key did not work on the suggested entrance. Hot water service was explained but dangerous. Whilst there a branch fell from Cyprus tree & a neighbor warned more were likely to fall soon. Outside furniture was filthy. Handrail on stairs to lower bedroom would make going to toilet during night a much easier exercise.
