Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An outdoor swimming pool of 8×4m , heated, open from April to September. Access is through a secure gate and is reserved for occupants of the residence, with a bracelet that you will find in the apartment. The opening and closing dates are subject to weather conditions.
- A garden in co-ownership.
- A private balcony of about 7 m², facing South West and enjoying a beautiful sea view, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The exit of the residence is less than 50 m from the beach. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market on Monday (in front of the residence)...

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. 17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
