Our farmhouse is located in Northeim, a crossroads farming community that dates back to the mid 1800s. The rental unit is attached to a barn built in 1875. The home is newly renovated - thoughtfully designed and crafted to be a respite from everyday life. The home is situated on 5 acres and a future orchard (coming spring 2023)!

Out in the field beyond the orchard we built a little writer’s cottage. If you walk around the edge of the orchard there is a mowed path that takes you there. Just a nice place if you want to work or read in solitude.
Be sure to enjoy the outdoor fire pit with plenty of firewood provided. You can roast marshmallows, cook hotdogs, or simply enjoy sitting around the fire under the stars.
