Spacious, family friendly home in older quiet neighborhood. Close to local parks, Antelope Island, and Snowbasin Ski Resort. Quick access to Hill Air Force Base and only about a 30 min drive to Salt Lake City.
Two bedrooms (1 queen, the other 2 fulls) and one full bath upstairs and the same downstairs. Beautiful remodeled kitchen. Living rooms up and down with large flat screen televisions. Foosball table downstairs

Very clean and tastefully decorated inside. Loved all of the space it afforded us. Neighborhood is a little run down, but there were lots of options for food and shopping in the area and easy freeway access. Check in and check out were a breeze and the host was responsive to our needs.

Roy's place was clean and comfortable. It got cold so I had to turn on the heat & it worked great.

Parking was a little tight. The kitchen had everything we needed. The AC system didn't work too well. You need a better thermostat...one more user-friendly. Other than that it was great

Easy host with good communication. Well appointed, clean and comfortable property. Easy check in and check out process. Will stay again.
