Double sofa bed for the kids! This is a beautiful, one of a kind property that is over 300 years old. It was the teacher’s cottage which has been remodeled when the schoolhouse adjacent to the property was decommissioned in 1953 and features an open plan design. The property is an excellent getaway for people looking for a quiet place that is close to all the great tourist attractions and restaurants. Located on the Fife Kingdom cycle route and has many off road walking and cycling routes in the doorstep as well as good access and short drives to local attractions. There is no provisions for babies or young children as this house is open plan and has a staircase. More suitable for over 5yo. If you intend to bring a young child they are very welcome but please bring your own crib/ high chair etc.
No pets, No parties, unless this has been communicated with us and we have agreed.
All bed linen, towels and some basic food items are included.
There is a very reliable taxi service in our local area, the house is rural, ideally you need a car to get around.
There are a lot of great restaurants within the local area.
A big basket of wood is provided and any additional wood required can be ordered at £7 a bag.
We have a ring video doorbell on the other house on the property which activates when pressed and can take a view of the driveway.
