The Space:
This charming Cape Cod home, located minutes from several Brewster bayside beaches, is the perfect place to bring the whole family for your next vacation!
Situated in a quiet neighborhood on the desirable bayside, this vacation home is just 3 minutes from Paine’s Creek, 3 minutes from Saint’s Landing, and 4 minutes from Robbins Hill Beach (Mants Landing). Take a stroll down the street in this beautiful area of Brewster to a variety of places, including The Cape House, Luke’s Liquor, Dunkin’ Donuts, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, and a variety of lovely shops.
Return home from your activities and relax with a cocktail on the huge deck in our private back yard (plenty of seating for everyone), or let the hammock rock you to sleep. This home can sleep 8 guests in four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and across the hall is a twin w/trundle next to a full bathroom. Each of the second floor bedrooms has two twin beds.
Other features include a large outdoor shower, gas grill, full kitchen, TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, and central AC. This vacation rental has everything your family will need to have an amazing vacation, and is also pet friendly - so bring the dog along too!

We had a lovely time in Brewster! You can’t beat the location of this house. While the house is well maintained on the inside, the outdoor space was not as well kept as other properties we’ve stayed at. Overall we had a great stay and the Del Mar property group were very friendly and responsive hosts!

The place was very clean when we arrived and beds were made which was great! It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies! We had stayed on Spring Lane many times over the years as our friends owned the house across the street, so we were familiar with the area. There were a few little quirks that we got used to that we have mentioned to the rental agency that hopefully will get fixed for the next guests.

We really liked this little house for a week stay on the Cape. Yard is big and balcony outside is nice. Have to get around in a car but we were able to walk to the beach. It would be more practical to have two bathrooms (only had one bathroom on the main floor). It was ok for us as we were only 3 people but if we were 8 people it would have been more complicated). I would definitely rent the house again but maybe limit the amount of people to 4 to be comfortable).

The property was overall nice and it was great to be able to bring the dogs. The only issue I had with my stay was that an alarm started around 10pm the night I checked in (Friday). The beeping was constant and I contacted the host to help figure out what it was. They couldn’t send anyone out that night to fix it so I crawled into the basement (per their instructions) to turn off the source of the alarm. The basement (more of a crawl space below the house) had a ton of mouse poop, which is surprising based on how clean the upstairs was. The alarm was successfully turned off for a few hours but it woke me up again at 6am on Saturday. At that point I contacted the host again and they said they’d try to send someone out to fix it. They followed up later that someone couldn’t come out until Monday. I informed them that I was only staying for the weekend and it would suck if the alarm was going off throughout the entire stay. Someone from Del Mar came to the house around 3pm on Saturday to try to fix it. That person said the issue was bigger than what he could fix that day so he unplugged the box that the alarm was coming from, told me he’d been to the property 3 other times that week to fix something, and left. I have no idea what the alarm was for or how important it was. Del Mar said they’d reimburse me 100 for lunch for the inconvenience. Considering an alarm was blaring almost the entire time of my stay, I don’t think this property is worth it.
