We have stayed at other units in this complex and this one was by far the nicest. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The only negative we experienced involved the door lock. It’s corroded from the salty air and hard to get to latch without using some force.

We stayed at the property while we were in Daytona for bike week. It was excellent and was a great place to get out of the madness. Pool was fun. And you are on the beach. Very clean and nice. Excellent place to stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were several issues that should be addressed. Upon arrival, the master bedroom bedspread had visible stains. I called the office right away and was told to use the blanket in the closet, but when I pulled it out, it was also dirty. To their credit, they did send the cleaning crew back with fresh linens. The condo is advertised as sleeping 8, which it technically does, but it only had 4 bath towels for our group of 7. Thankfully, there were beach towels available that we were able to use.If hosting larger groups, the living room and kitchen could use additional seating. The bunk room was especially tight, with almost no floor space, and the closet was locked, leaving 4 guests with luggage and nowhere to unpack or store belongings.Lastly, the doorknob needs attention—it was rusted and very difficult to open and lock. With some updates to cleanliness, supplies, and functionality, this property could be a much better experience.
