New stainless steel appliances were added in September of 2026. The pool and hot tub on the fourth floor are open year round, but the pool does not have a heater. You will have access to one of the Sea Crest's pools across the street which is also available to guests year round. It is heated mid March thru April 30 and Mid October thru November 30. Pets are not allowed in this building by rental guests.

The condo is located on the fourth floor, same as the pool with elevator access from the gated secure garage located on the ground floor with quiet wooded views. No steps are required. Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.
North Shore Place is a fabulous newer upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the ocean approximately (1500 yards), Coligny Plaza and one of the Sea Crest pools which you will also have access to year-round. This 1261 square feet, 4th floor Villa features a spacious kitchen, an updated spacious walk-in shower in the master. This Villa also features a private covered veranda/patio to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and meals. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool open year round but not heated and sundeck on the 4th floor. The hot tub is heated year round.
It has an easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. The villa is conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with it's shopping, grocery store, restaurants and live entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secured covered gated parking for your vehicle (code required/space available) and elevator access to all floors (code required). Luggage carts and bike racks are plentiful in the garage area. Unfortunately, beach equipment is not provided due to lack of storage space. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach March-October.
This spacious villa has tile and carpet floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings. The living room offers numerous windows and a queen size sofa sleeper. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable chairs. The kitchen has a large center island with bar seating for three, white appliances and matching white cabinets. The dining area, beside the kitchen, has a large table with seating for six.
The master bedroom has a King bed with matching end tables and Smart Cable TV and spacious private bath with updated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed and a private bath with tub and shower combination. The villa also has it's own washer and dryer.
Of additional interest is a spacious veranda with all new furnishings. So not only are you right across the street from the Sea Crest and have use of one of their oceanfront pools 7138 is the gate code, but you are next to Coligny Plaza with all of its many shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gourmet coffee and the famous Frosty Frog. You may find you don't need to get back into the car for anything. Additional parking is available in the general Coligny Plaza parking lot.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
The property makes no refunds for no shows, early departures or discounted stays. If you are traveling during hurricane season, please purchase travel insurance via VRBO. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.

This condo was the perfect location for my family visit to Hilton Head. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza and a block from the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and laid out perfectly for our two families. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste but that’s just a personal preference. The bedding was cozy and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Our favorite part was being just steps away from the pool on the fourth floor. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was a perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, food, and shopping! Even a grocery store! I’m definitely staying here again when I’m in Hilton Head!

This is fourth time we stayed at this facility since it opened as a premier facility on HHI. We chose this facility because it was a premier location, rather than a place on the beach. Outside of building looked good. Sign on pool said it was closed. Contracted PM and they said it was only because pool was not heated. Why not put a sign that warns the pool is not heated rather than closed. Front door and door frame of 408 had peeling paint. Not a good introduction to unit. Unit was clean but starting to show wear. Door strike of deadbolt on front door falling out. Could not close door to second bedroom because screws on bottom hinge coming out. Carpet old in both bedrooms, stains on entrance to MB. Needs to be replaced. Cushions on couch and chairs in family room terribly soft. Used cushions from porch chairs to be comfortable. Newer mattress in MB nice. New shower in MB very nice. Unit needs some updating to maintain premier status. Probably would look for another facility the next time down.
