Property Highlights:

Spacious Living & Dining: The open floor plan on the main level ensures everyone stays connected, whether you’re cooking in the cozy kitchen or lounging in the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needed for a perfect meal, and there's seating for 2 at the kitchen island and for 6 at the dining room table.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and another with two queen-size beds. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of fun.

Beautiful Views & Outdoor Living: Enjoy the stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the back patio and yard. Step outside to relax on the patio with seating for 8, or grill up a delicious meal on the propane grill. For sunbathing or stargazing, there are two sun loungers waiting for you.

Easy Access to Nature: While our cottage offers modern comforts, it also provides an opportunity to connect with nature. A short hike through the woods will lead you to Lake Hartwell. Please note that lake access requires a descent down a steep set of wooden stairs, so be prepared for a bit of an adventure on your way to the water! Also, please be aware that lake levels at Hartwell are extremely low; so while the views are nice, current conditions are less than ideal for boating or swimming.

Ample Parking: The property includes parking for up to 4 cars, making it easy for everyone in your group to arrive and settle in comfortably.

Our luxurious cottage isn’t just about comfort and relaxation—it’s also perfectly situated for those looking to explore the vibrant local scene.

Proximity to Clemson University: Located just 3.8 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium, our cottage is ideal for those visiting the campus, attending a game, or exploring the lively college atmosphere. You can be at the heart of the action in less than a 10-minute drive.

Near 12 Mile Recreation Area: If you love outdoor activities, the 12 Mile Recreation Area is just 1.4 miles away, a quick 3-minute drive. This spot offers excellent opportunities for boating, swimming, picnicking, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of Lake Hartwell.

Convenient Access to Downtown Clemson and Shopping: Downtown Clemson, with its array of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local attractions, is only 2.8 miles away, making it easy to explore all that this vibrant area has to offer.
