Everything within the host's control was wonderful. The bed was super cozy, they thoughtful provided a few snacks, and communication was great. I struggled to sleep due to the thin walls of the apartment building. The sounds of the neighboring residents seemed to be amplified. It sounded like an elephant was going up and down the apartment building stairs.

It was a great place to stay to do some remote work and spend time with our daughter who’s a student at ISU. Clean. Off street parking. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

This apartment is just far enough away from everything that you feel that sense of relaxation, yet close enough that a 5 minute drive gets you to food, bars, and shopping. We stayed over Christmas, so we had a sit-down meal, having most everything we needed to cook and serve ourselves. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has amazing water pressure! All in all, we highly recommend The Retreat on Harding for almost any occasion!
