- THE HOUSE: On a plot of 3000 m², a wooden house type chalet Landes with 2 large bedrooms, each with its bathroom and toilet.
- GRAND PLOT: A 3000 m² park for the enjoyment of children, to play freely Badminton court (or volleyball), table tennis, space ball, cricket, ....
At NAUJAC SUR MER small village on the Atlantic Ocean, with 10 km of wild beach (Gironde between Hourtin and Montalivet) and the lake close. By car it takes 7 minutes to the ocean beach or 10 minutes to the lake beach.
BEACHES: The ocean beach of the village, in fine sand, wild as non-urbanized, sunbathing, jogging or surfing, you can play ball without disturbing users !. The beaches of the lake are in fine sand (the same as the ocean) with little background (so warm), ideal for small children and attractive for older children (windsurfing, pedal boating and canoe rentals, ... )
COMFORT: Everything is new inside, bedding, sanitary, kitchen with accessories, crockery and appliances.
THE PARK: 3 000m² of land shaded by maritime pines and large oaks, cicadas, birds, forest walks in direct access.

Top tip is to enjoy swimming or relaxation at all hours and in all weather with indoor pool and hydrotherapy spa after a good sauna. For the useful shops and services are 10 minutes away, located in Hourtin city. The plans are all within 15 minutes, whether in Hourtin or Montalivet: Markets every day, night markets, bike paths, surfing, naturist beaches, water games, paintball, water ski base, tree climbing, lake fishing or at sea, paddle boats or canoe, museum etc ..

The house is divided into 2 parts: cottage 70 m² + relaxation area 40 m²
Part Cottage of 70 m²:
Living room-Kitchen: Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator-conservator, dishwasher, washing machine. TV TNT Satellite, DVD, Wifi. Sheets and duvets are provided, depending on the condition we can provide pool towels and bathrobes (reserved for the pool).
WEST Bedroom: A bed of 160x200, a cupboard (shelves and hanging). Private bathroom (Great shower, sink and toilet)
IS room: One 140x190 bed, a dresser and closet, possibility of adding a bed of 90. Private shower room (corner shower, sink and toilet)
Interior relaxation area of 42m²:
Spa for 5 people with 37 ° water + swimming pool with countercurrent (with ozonator) heated to 28/29 °, with 2 indoor terraces and 1 outdoor terrace solarium.
Independent park of 3 000 m2. Private parking, Covered Terrace, Barbecue, Boules, Badminton court.

The garden ans the house offered us enough cool shadow and various activities which was a great supplement to the nice Pin Sec beach close by! Our kids loved the pool and the badminton court.
The hosts are a very hospitable and friendly couple! We will love it to come again!

Louise and Patrick are lovely warm hosts set in a great location. Perfect for for beaches, lakes and bike rides in the pine forests.

This is a house ideal for a family of 2 parents plus 2-3 children. It is situated in the national forest, about 10 minutes from "Le Pin Sec" Beach, on the D101 Route des Lacs. The house is about 20-30 metres away from the street into the forest, just enough not to hear the street. You should come by car to stay there, since everything - beach, supermarkets, etc - is quite a bit away.
The house itself is a simple wooden house, with two bedrooms, each of which with a small en-suite bathroom with shower; it has a large living room with open kitchen, with a cosy table for the meals and a sofa towards the entry door. In good weather you will probably want to be outside in the huge garden, with a little pavilion and a simple but good enough BBQ.
Your kids will most likely want to spend their time in the pool plus whirlpool. The pool is not huge, but just fine for the kids and for a bit of refreshment for the parents. There is also an infrared-sauna.
We enjoyed our stay here a lot, not least because of the really fantastic hospitality of hosts Louise and Patrick, who live next door. They have the right balance of giving you absolute privacy, but looking after you with an extremely charming and friendly attention to make sure you have an enjoyable stay!
Service and attention plus the pool warrant five starts, although for the house itself I would only give 4 stars, since it is very simple and nothing special.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this house. The house is simple and complete. All attributes you need are available. The swimming pool and jacuzzi and the big garden with the birds makes it very complete. This house is a place to be for people who prefer and enjoy rest and full privacy. Many thanks to Louise and Patrick for their service, kindness and information.
