very dirty dead bugs everywhere

We had a relaxing getaway and enjoyed watching the eagles on the river. The place was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

The VRBO itself was charming and nostalgic for a girls weekend. However, it was dirty. Cobwebs, dust, dead bugs and a coffee pot that we cleaned. It would have been helpful to know about the steep stairs on arrival. Luckily, we were all able to make stairs but if you have knee or joint issues probably skip this VRBO. The train was also an issue. The noise machines did not help our party as we heard the trains and horns at all hours. It was okay.

Easy check in, cute space in an historic town. We struggled with the freight train noise across the street as they ran overnight and sound the horn multiple times
