Located on the first row of the Weststrand (just a few meters from the sea), this modern, light-filled beach house—furnished in warm tones—offers views of the dunes and the Söl'ring Hof. The Wadden Sea is also within walking distance.

You enter this high-quality, tastefully furnished dune house on the first floor through a foyer with a coat rack and mirror. From there, you’ll find the guest restroom as well as the spacious, open, and bright living-dining area with oak floorboards and four large patio doors facing west and south. Here you’ll find the open, white bulthaup built-in kitchen, the fireplace visible from three sides, a dining table with six chairs, a seating area, a TV, and a sideboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.)

On the upper floor are two west-facing bedrooms with views of the dunes. Both bedrooms feature a double bed (box spring) and a large built-in closet (with ample storage space and an integrated TV).

The two bathrooms on the upper floor are accessible directly from the respective bedrooms (en suite). The northern bathroom has a full bath, while the southern one has a shower room.

The lower level features the sauna with an adjacent relaxation area and an adjoining shower room, the utility room with a washing machine, and another room.

All rooms have underfloor heating.

From May through September, there is a private beach chair on the terrace.
