Perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy. What more do you want?

Condo was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at more than a dozen different properties in The Springs and this one was comparable as far as comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc. My only complaint was I’ve never had to pay extra for WiFi as required by this owner.

We had an absolutely perfect vacation In Mesquite!!

The stay was fine but as we are both in the 80's, so the second floor was kind of hard with the cooler and suitcases. Some of the dishes were not clean but we ran them thru the dishwasher. Would not recommend for older adults.
