Set on 1.5 private acres off Goodman Road in Troutman, this themed duplex unit (left side, Unit B) shares spectacular outdoor amenities and access to the owners’ additional acres, including a stocked private pond with dock—bring your pole and fish for bass, crappie, and bluegill. The property was as advertised. There are lots of activities for kids, tens, and adults. The owner was very easy to work with and checked on us (via email) while we were there to make sure everything was going well.

We wanted something close to the Carolina Balloon Festival and your place was perfect. We were only 15 minutes from the event. So we were able to relax the night before and after. The kids enjoyed the kids room. The only thing that I think would have been better was if one of the down stairs bedroom would of had a king bed. Me and especially my wife can't handle stairs. But overall it was a great experience.
