Simple and welcoming apartment that manages to satisfy all the main needs for a beach holiday, and more! The studio is, in fact, located just 50 meters from the sea with an exclusive parking for both cars and bicycles. The place is particularly strategic because it overlooks a wonderful cycle path that runs along the sea and it is close to the tourist port of Marina degli Aregai, the city of Sanremo with its luxury outlet, but also the Principality of Monaco and the French Riviera.

After a busy day it is essential to have a cool place to dine or just rest; the charming garden is the ideal place because it is surrounded by greenery and includes a table, chairs and a pleasant awning.
