The home was very nice and great location. However, the communication was not good. I would not recommend staying at this property based on my experience. From the start, communication was very poor. There were issues getting clear check-in instructions, which made arrival unnecessarily stressful. I had to reach out multiple times just to figure out how to access the property, and responses were either delayed or unclear. There were also no check-out instructions provided, which left me guessing about expectations before leaving. That kind of lack of guidance is frustrating, especially when you’re trying to make sure everything is done correctly. On top of that, the host’s communication style was unprofessional. Some of the messages came across as rude, with noticeable grammar issues that made them hard to understand. More importantly, there was a lack of basic courtesy and compassion in how concerns were handled. When issues were brought up, there was no effort to provide proof or clarify the situation—just dismissive responses.Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Clear communication and respectful interaction are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those standards.
