This home features high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, a washer / dryer, wireless internet, a Roku for streaming, a large parking area, a pack-n-play and highchair for the kids, a National Park style charcoal BBQ, a full sized mirror and all the basics you could need during your stay. This home is located on the bottom floor of a house the is split up into 3 different suites.

This is a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the bathroom. We booked it last minute, but communication with the host was very efficient and everything was ready when we arrived. It's located in a quiet residential area, and we were even able to walk to dinner at a couple of the local eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great from the beginning to the end. It was exactly how the pictures were on the site. Very convenient to ETSU and restaurants. If ever in Johnson City again we will definitely be repeat guests! Highly recommend!

Great location- within walking distance to everything we enjoy doing. Clean inside and outside the property. All appliances worked great. Quiet. Large parking area close to the entrance. Excellent property. Will look at booking again next time we’re visiting our family.

I believe this was my 4th time staying in this apartment. It’s become my home away from home when I’m in JC for work. Great neighborhood! Great property!
