You can also enjoy the night out with live music at Beergarden, a taproom and food carts or Sam's Bond Garage, a music venue, all within a mile of the property. Sweet Life, one of the best bakery in town with great coffee is only 4 blocks away.

The place was clean and tidy. We could hear the children through the wall but they quieted down early. The gate is broken and needs to be fixed as it dragged on the sidewalk and the suitcases were not easy to get by. Overall we would stay there again.

Great location in quiet neighborhood ...close-in not far from Hult.Phan was a great host providing excellent communication and assistance in locating nearby restaurants. Apartment clean and amenities readily available.We definately recommend for future Eugene visits.

Very cutely done-had everything you could need but you can hear the people who live next door (apartment is connected to main house) very loudly. Cupboards closing-conversations-didn’t feel very private at times.
