This unique find is the perfect spot to spend your Branson Vacation! Enjoy all Branson has to offer with a stay at our serene condo. This condo is located in a brand new 4 plex building with onsite parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, and stylish space.
Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one which sleeps 7.
This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large studio bedroom/living room combo with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. There is also an in-room, full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and a Kuerig and is stocked with some basics to enjoy meals.
- Home is professionally cleaned after each stay
- All bedding, sheets, etc. are professionally cleaned after each stay
- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected
- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed
- All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay
- One flight of interior stairs up to the unit

We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay.
Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available.

There are interior hall stairs to this condo. There is only one other unit on this level and no living space below the condo so you will enjoy comfort and quiet while on vacation.
Parking is directly next to the condo building.
This home has a standard hot water heater. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers, etc.
Our unit features a high-efficiency washer and dryer combo unit - no need to hit the laundromat or carry dirty clothes home.
We accept one small dog with a $75 pet fee. The dog must not remain along in the condo unless crated.

The Condo was very clean and exactly as described. We stayed here once before in a different unit and it was also wonderful. Love the location as it's quiet yet very close to all Branson attractions and the Branson Landing. We will definitely stay here again next time in Branson.

Nice, clean, spacious room and it felt like a safe area of town. We liked how easy it was to get to and from and how close it was to Branson Landing as well as historic Branson. On our first night there, we informed the owner of an issue with one of the blinds. They were quick to respond and offer a solution. They were also very kind and helpful in giving us a list things to do while vacationing. The only reason for not giving it a five star, is that there is a gap between the bottom of the door into the studio apartment and the floor. Due to this, we could hear every time the door to the building downstairs open and shut. We could also hear our neighbors every time they were in the shared hallway/stairwell. Our neighbors had several young boys with them and we could hear them pretty clearly. It didn't matter if they were yelling or talking in normal volumes. This also made me nervous that our baby would disturb them when he cried. It did make me feel better when I realized I couldn't hear them once they were in their room.

It was OK, except the jacuzzi tub stopped working and the wifi password was hacked. After I signed in, I got fake Google virus alerts. I couldn’t message the host because Vrbo said I didn't" have access to this trip." Also they need a handrail on the right side of the stairs.
