Exclusive three-bedroom apartment with a private patio, located right in the heart of Córdoba, ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay with the city’s main attractions just a short walk away.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and three large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room also provides access to a charming balcony overlooking a lively street in the city centre.
The sleeping area has been thoughtfully designed to ensure peace and comfort. All three bedrooms face a quiet interior patio, allowing you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep away from the bustle of the city centre.
The main bedroom features a double bed measuring 135 x 190 cm, a wardrobe and a window overlooking the interior patio. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, making them ideal for families or groups of friends. One of these bedrooms also features a spacious wardrobe, while the other has a practical clothes rack.
The apartment includes a full bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet for added convenience.
Located in the traditional San Miguel neighbourhood, the apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring much of Córdoba on foot, allowing you to enjoy the city without needing a car. Plaza de Capuchinos, the famous Jewish Quarter and the impressive Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba are all within easy walking distance. You can also stroll to Plaza de las Tendillas and Calle Cruz Conde, where you will find an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and the vibrant atmosphere of the city centre.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This is a great apartment, in a great spot, in a great city. We stayed here for 20 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Quiet for sleeping, but you can open the doors and hear the happy street sounds during the day. It was an easy walk from the train and bus station. Both Aldi and Dia supermarkets are a few minutes walk away, as well as great shopping, and bars and restaurants. The only thing we would add is some more cooking utensils. We cooked at home most of the time and had to add some tools. But we loved it and are already planning to return next year.

The property is as advertised, spacious and clean. It is very conveniently located close to all the major sites! We felt like true Cordoba denizens while staying there!
