2 bedroom Marco Island condo located on the third floor of the desirable Anglers Cove community includes partial views of Factory Bay and resort pools. Situated on the waterfront, this condo has everything you need to enjoy a fun filled family getaway. Anglers Cove is home of the famous Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill, conveniently offering a full dining & bar menu. The community also boasts two sparkling heated pools & resort style spas, and tennis courts.
When you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen, new vinyl flooring and furniture throughout the unit, spacious countertop seating & dining area for your family to enjoy home cooking. The enclosed lanai provides your family with the ability to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or reading pleasure in an additional air conditioned space. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the lounge, a spacious and open area with two couches, a sleek flat-screen TV, and island themed decor.
Ocean-inspired artwork and a plush area rug bring the entire room together and create a comfortable place to watch TV, play some games, or just spend time with loved ones. Sliding glass doors serve as a transitional piece from the enclosed lanai out to the partial views of Factory Bay, marina and one of the community pools.

The condo was very cute and clean. The location on the island is great, having two pools and a restaurant on site was amazing. The owner was very quick to answer any questions and very helpful! It was a last minute decision to rent and I’m glad we did! The only cons is the primary bed is very firm( for my taste) and the laundry is not in the unit.

Wonderful condo with the exception for need of better lighting and lack of control of the temperature settings. After communicating with John, the owner, he set the temperature to meet our needs. Lovely decor and comfortable furniture. King bed was firm, which was the way I like it.

Great location, out of the chaos but close enough to go to it for dining and shopping, beaches. A special area that net all needs! Host was always available and quick to respond with any questions. Super nice experience.
