The Space:
*Please note that building 5 will be undergoing work on the roof starting June 8th which will last approx. 2-3 weeks. Front parking area will be closed during that time. Work will only be conducted Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
The property itself has amenities galore: sparkling pool with hot tub, boat ramp and marina, tennis courts, beach with pier, free parking and charcoal grills to cook your catch! Enjoy our newly re opened ISLAND GRILL pool bar & waterfront cafe!
With thoughtful and creative coastal decor this Two Bedroom/Two Bath Condo will not disappoint. Discover the perfect blend of style, comfort and convenience in this well-kept condo. Featuring a spacious living room and a fully stocked Kitchen. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed with an unattached bathroom with a bathtub.
The balcony offers unobstructed marina views as well as beachfront and Atlantic Ocean views.
Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer.

Enjoy a snack or cocktail at the Pool Bar. Or, if you prefer to go “native”, get your Vitamin D on the resort’s private sandy beach.
Onsite tennis/pickleball courts. Onsite charcoal grills and outdoor seating!
Enjoy the boardwalk to the marina and check out the catch of the day! If you’d like to bring your own boat up to 28’, dockage is available for an additional fee through the dockmaster reservation system.

You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation, will need to present their ID upon arrival.
We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with support from a local vacation rental management company.
Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation.

Getting Around:
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.
Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right.
GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR
We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:
KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports.
The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.
CAR PARKING
Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.
Other Things to Note:
For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay.
Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Locally owned and operated. We are prompt with e-mailing, texting and phone calls! Please include your phone number for personal service!

This condo was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many!! It is also in the perfect location for visiting the Keys! The view from the condo was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communication with the Host was amazing. We highly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. I wish it could’ve been longer! The unit was clean and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, no surprises. Communication with the host Sean was excellent from start to finish; he was responsive and helpful. The location within the complex was a huge bonus. It made accessing the pool, beach, and dock incredibly convenient, which really added to our overall experience.We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
