Suitable for couples ,friends or family with 2 /3 children for discovering the famous tourist attractions on foot or by Metro (3 stations in a 2/3 minutes walk) or by bus.
Lovely spacious living/dining room to relax after a day of sight-seeing . Internet ,WIFI , international TV channels.
The two bedrooms have in each of them King size extra comfortable beds which can be separated into single beds.
Also a comfortable movable bed available for a 5th person.(baby cot and high chair available )
There are in every room fans , heating and side lamps.
The family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, washing basin and toilet ,a small shower room has a shower and small washing basin .
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a 4 ring ceramic-stove, micro-oven, washing machine and dryer .Movable AC
And also toaster, coffee maker, boiler and all you need to cook basic meals.
The neighborhood is very close to many tourist-attractions:

The property was good. It was missing the “finer things” that I expect, when paying the amount of money I paid. The mismatched towels had to be twenty years old! We hated to even use them! The kitchen needs a tidy up and decluttering. We did not like sitting on the covers on the two couches and they looked horrible. The host was a lovely lady and very pleasant and helpful. The apartment could be upgraded for very little cost. And that would attract the American and Canadian population more. We had a lovely time in Paris.

Nice older building renovated. Perhaps one of the hottest weeks at the end of summer. A/C was advertised in the description. One portable unit in one bedroom that continuously
malfunctioned. The temperature in the apartment was in the 80s and above for most of the week. We emailed the owner, but he explained that the laws kept them from adding A/C to the building. That wasn't the issue; the unit didn't work! The manager, who speaks English, wasn't present when we arrived. Her sister, who spoke little English, let us in. It appeared that the apartment hadn't been checked. Shampoo bottles were nearly empty, for example. A fan for the second bedroom was damaged and made difficult to use. Advertised as two bath, but the second was a tight shower alcove with a mini sink. The toilet in the complete bathroom was stained with rust. When we finally made contact with the manager, she came by and was very nice, acknowledging the problems. The owners seem like a decent couple, but these shortcomings should have been addressed before we arrived. As it was, we could have been harmed by the excessive heat. The primary reason we rented this property was because of it's having A/C, as we thought of the real possibility that the weather could be quite warm in early September.
