No pets were taken. I had a very difficult time (1hr) finding this property as did the people staying next to me. There is no address on the building and no signage. If they had mentioned the 2 businesses out front it would have helped a great deal. The owner and her son are very nice. The property is very secure, with excellent parking and within a 4 min walk to the malecon and 3 min walk to the historic district. The unit itself is adequate. The floors were not washed in the people's next door or my unit. Our feet were black from grime. When the couple next door washed their floor the blackness disappeared (month long rental) I was there for 7 days not interested in doing their housekeeping. The rest was acceptable. Comfortable bed, nice little patio, outdoor kitchen with no dishes. Very quiet for the most part. Wind came up and some metal did rattle a little. I would consider staying there again.

This was such a fantastic little spot! For just the two of us, this was a perfect amount of space. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the location ideal for walking around Loreto. The only thing we might recommend is a little hot plate or something similar to make a handful of simple meals. We are so thankful for an amenable stay!

Great location in Loreto to visit the historic section if the city. Vic makes a great margarita which was greatly appreciated. Host was always available to answer any questions.

Sent multiple texts to owner about issue with fridge in room continuously running, actually overheating; and also making room quite hot. Also a fire hazard as this made fridge plug into wall receptacle very hot. I unplugged fridge then defrosted it - freezer part was clogged up with over 4 Inches thick of Ice, so I did 2 hours thawing & cleaning entire fridge and area around it before replugging. Owner never responded to my texts at all - not good! The room was right next to street so was noisy (understandable) Room was clean and covered area right outside room was nice to have.
